Join us for a transformative and unique experience designed to connect with your inner Devine Feminine through a combination of mountain biking and mindfulness practices for 4 days and 3 nights in beautiful Whistler, BC!

Over the course of the retreat, you'll learn valuable tools to deepen your connection with yourself and others, which will benefit you in many areas of life such as relationships, career or finances. This individually tailored group retreat will build- selfesteem, confidence, and open up a whole new perspective towards yourself to show you your inner divine feminine within.

With powerful mindfulness and meditation techniques, we will get in touch with our subconscious on a deeper level than ever before while healing, and gaining a powerful shift in empowerment and self-perspective.

Each day will be filled with amazing, new experiences and exhilarating mountain biking adventures, set against the stunning backdrop of Whistler's natural beauty.

Skill Level: beginner, intermediate (anyone above intermediate is more than welcome to join and refresh some riding techniques as well).

The riding groups will be split up into two if needed, and each will have a professional mountain bike instructor: beginner group (green and easy blues depending on comfort level) and intermediate group (blue and black trails).

Day 1 - September 5, Thursday

Meeting at 5 pm, we will settle in our beautiful place to stay for the retreat. (We'll be in an amazing private chalet with bike storage, balcony, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, in-suite laundry, and is 5 minutes away from bike trails).

We'll get to know each other with some fun games, and establish our powerful group energies, learning some basic mindfulness skills we will be practicing through our stay; connecting with our emotions, observing ourselves, and "starting to become our own best friends, while learning to embrace the divine feminine within us"- this will set the first building blocks towards self-acceptance and becoming the most authentic and powerful version of ourselves.

We'll end the evening with a relaxing singing bowl meditation, hot tub, and a welcome dinner (on the house).

Day 2 - September 6th, Friday

We'll start at 8 am with a morning sound shower, some breakfast, and a nice coffee or tea while learning how to unlock new states of mind that will prepare us for the day ahead. From this moment onwards we are treating ourselves, and learning how to prioritize ourselves (not in a selfish way, but in a mindful and empowering way).

From 11 am-4 pm, we'll meet with our professional lady bike instructors who will show us some amazing Whistler trails. We'll split into groups to session and ride based on our skill level while treating ourselves to the unfiltered joys of riding our bikes in beautiful mother nature.

After an awesome day of riding, we will head back to our cozy accommodation to shower, have dinner (on the house), and start off the empowering evening group session with some deeper inner work while also sharing our riding experiences from the day. By this point, we'll have a better, stronger, and more authentic connection with each other, ourselves, and our divine feminine than before.

We'll unwind with a relaxing sound bath, and some jacuzzi time, and strengthen the bonds with our sisters we're on the journey with.

After dark, we'll close the day off with some socializing and optional stargazing.

Day 3 - September 7th, Saturday

The morning will start at 8 am with a guided meditation. We'll explore new experiences during our group session by learning how to connect with our inner child. This will be a powerful day that will deepen our authentic connection, acceptance, and love towards ourselves even more while connecting us to our inner divine feminine.

We'll pack our lunch and snacks and meet up with our professional women bike coaches at 11 am to ride bikes, have fun, and learn new skills until 4 pm.

After riding we'll head back to shower and have a nice pizza and salad dinner (on the house) before our evening group session.

By this day the group energies will be through the roof as we experience a new chapter of self-growth and inner healing.

Day 4 - September 8th, Sunday

The final morning of the retreat will have us feeling content and connected to ourselves and our inner divine feminine. This experience will start us off a whole new path of self-development and will open up a new perspective of mountain biking. We are finally able to open up to ourself and our inner divine and take in a completely new aspect of the authentic joy that biking brings us.

After the 10 am check out the retreat will end, but everyone is free to enjoy Whistler, its trails, or the Bike Park individually or together for the rest of the day
